Response times
We aim to reply to support email within two working days. SwMacroFlow is a small product, so please include the SwMacroFlow version and your SOLIDWORKS version when reporting a problem. It saves a round trip.
Before you write
- The documentation covers installation, connecting to SOLIDWORKS, building macro chains, and scheduling batches.
- The macro library lists the bundled macros and what each one does.
- The terms of use cover what SwMacroFlow does to your files, and what we do and do not support.
What we do not support
We can help with SwMacroFlow itself. We do not write or debug your own VBA macros, and we cannot support your SOLIDWORKS installation or licence, which come from Dassault Systemes or your reseller.
